This warehouse in Los Angeles had a leak that was caused by a pipe burst which also damaged an entire hallway as well as several rooms. We first dried out the floors and walls of the leak then we inspected it and checked behind the baseboards and walls. We then found a significant growth of mold in the walls. Our SERVPRO team immediately took action and cut out the mold and used our machines to get rid of any excess moisture that was around to prevent any more mold growth. The owner was happy that we caught the mold early on and was happy with our service and told us that they will use us in the future.
