Water Leak/Mold in Pasadena
This leak was found on the ceiling of a garage in a Pasadena home. First we located the source of the leak on the ceiling which is from a broken roof drain pipe. Once we took off the damaged boards, we found mold has already started building up on the ceiling as well as parts of the floorboard where the water has leaked onto. Then wallboard was put up where needed and new boards was installed and fixed.
