Mold growth in Sherman Oaks home
This home in Sherman Oaks had an unnoticed water leak that went into their home theater which resulted in an enormous mold growth around the baseboards. Our SERVPRO team went in assessed the damage and removed all the affected and damaged wood. We also noticed that the water damage had also eaten up the 2x4 wood holding up the structure so we were careful to not make it unstable to we covered it up to prevent further damage so construction will be able to be done to it. However, we were able to remove all the mold and fix everything we could and our client was happy with what we did and will definitely use our services again.
